• Other Productivity Tools: Including lists, tags, and deadlines to support personal organization.

2. User Accounts and Access

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 18 years old.

2.2 Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Security and Passwords

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and the necessary credentials to access your encrypted Vault data. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription

Access to certain features of the Service, including premium tiers of the Vault, may require a subscription and payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Service in connection with the selected subscription plan.

3.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

3.3 Refunds

All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy (if one is provided on the website).

4. The Vault and Data Encryption

4.1 User Responsibility for Data

• Loss of Access: You are responsible for securing and backing up your master password or keys. While we employ security measures, loss of credentials may significantly impair your ability to access your Vault data.
• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you store in the Vault.

4.2 Data Location and Security

We will take commercially reasonable steps to protect your encrypted data. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your encrypted information.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Using the Service to store or transmit illegal or harmful content.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
